About the space
Co-working is a new way of working inspired by the old, with community and collective experiences at its core. Starting with the basics, it offers shared spaces such as a coffee point, terrace, reading area “library”, hot desks and more. Using this space to bring everyone together, we are aiming to create collaborative and fun environments that expose members to new people, new ideas and new experiences.
If you’re in Vila Nova de Milfontes, it’s your new scene. If you’re new to Milfontes, it’s your office away from home. If you’re an entrepreneur, it’s your future network. Co-working is for anyone who values community and convenience and is ready to embrace a new way to work and communicate.
We have a range of different desk spaces at different prices:
- Spots in desks start from 6€ per day up to 50€ a month.
- Workstation spot start at 75€ a month.
- Front desks to host your own client start at 105€ a month.

Hopefully many at once in the future. There are 30 desk spots for different coworker profiles. With small events or workshops happening more people could be in.
How have a minimum guaranteed bandwidth of 40mbps and that is the bare minimum if the space is full of streamers :).
Just access our booking and scheduling platform here. All prices, timeframes and other features are visible before you book and there is a 24-48 hours cancellation period depending on the resource booked.
I'm a member. What now?
Please be aware the registration is not approved instantaneously. It may take an hour or so for you to get your credentials to get in and to get your own internet access. If you need a remote meeting in 5 minutes, please call us. We are here to help you guys.
In your confirmation email you have a pin code for the main door access. Just type it at the keyboard and that is it. Welcome inside.
Once inside you will see the “canga-office-public” open wifi network. Just connect to it and login using your membership email and password. They will be valid for the duration of your membership.
To get out is simple. While slighty pulling the door to you from the outside, light the keyboard passing your finger and press the closed padlock key (bottom left symbol).
All memberships are confirmed with payment ahead collected on the first day of the booking period. You can cancel for free up to 2 days ahead of your booking day. From then on it becomes non refundable.
More practical questions
The printing platform is being worked on as we speak. For the moment you can ask us and we will help you out. The scanning is working just fine and is free. Just use your own usb storage device or ask for one and scan away to your email or usb storage
The coffee machine works with Euro coins from 5 cents to 2 euros and gives back change. Just reach for a cup, insert your money in the slot and select your desired drink
We have lockers to store your personal belongings and you can rent one or more if needed. Outside of this you can choose one of the 3 main desks with shelf space.
We are adding more archive space as we speak so it is possible to store some of your paperwork. Hopefully sooner rather than later we will all go paperless.
Cleaning and maintenance
Just some simple requests: Keep it as clean as possible and leave the door open as you leave the bathroom so everyone can see it is available again. Ty!

We have several small bins spread over the office space so there should be no reason to litter, but we know you won’t. For bigger stuff like meal packages, delivery wrapping and such, there are bigger bins on the left hand side of the terrace.
As you have guessed, the terrace is absolutely free to use by anyone. Just keep it clean and the furniture in place!
